These Terms govern services purchased through our website and its linked order form.
You can review these Terms before submitting your order. The service description, price, and delivery timeframe displayed before payment form part of the order.
You place an order by entering your email address, accepting these Terms, and completing payment through Stripe Checkout. After payment is verified, you can upload your bill and relevant records immediately or use the private upload link emailed for that order. The link adds records to the same paid order; no second payment or account is required. No separate qualification call or advance case approval is required. An acknowledgment or return to our website alone is not confirmation that a payment succeeded.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. When acting for another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.
Each purchased bill review provides a written comparison of one distinct bill from one provider with the relevant records you submit, including approved pricing, documented changes, and payment records where available. An order covers the number of bill reviews in the package selected and paid for at checkout.
Related receipts, quotes, written changes, and corrected versions of the same bill are supporting records, not additional bill reviews. A separate bill is a separate review, whether from the same provider or a different provider.
Bill categories include wedding or event venue, caterer, financial services or fees, business invoice, and other bills with a description of the service. Financial services reviews compare billed charges and records, not the suitability or performance of financial products.
Each review identifies what is supported by the records, differences, and information that cannot be confirmed. When something needs clarification, we include a message you can send to the relevant provider. If no discrepancies are identified, the report states that conclusion with reference to the records reviewed.
The same review standard applies to each bill in a package. No numerical page or revision cap is imposed. We will obtain your agreement before charging for bills outside the purchased package or any other additional service.
Our service is document comparison. It is not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, credit repair, an accounting audit, an assurance opinion, or a determination of contractual rights or enforceability.
We do not negotiate with providers, represent you in disputes, collect refunds, or contact third parties on your behalf.
A difference between documents does not necessarily establish an error, overcharge, breach of contract, or entitlement to a refund. Explanations or information may exist outside the records provided.
We do not guarantee an error, reduction in the bill, savings, refund, or favorable provider response. The service fee covers the review, including when the records support the amount billed.
Purchasing a review does not extend payment deadlines or change your obligations to a provider. The review is not an instruction to withhold payment. You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where needed.
The available package, number of bill reviews, service fee in USD, any applicable tax, and total payable are shown before you complete payment. The package and price accepted at checkout apply to your order.
This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. After payment is verified, you may upload files immediately or later using the private link emailed for your order. We begin paid work after payment has succeeded and the readable records needed for the comparison have been received.
A package discount, when offered, is measured against purchasing the same number of individual reviews at the individual-review price available with that offer. It is not a promise of savings on your provider's bill.
Payment is processed through the provider identified at checkout. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If a payment is pending or unclear, contact support before attempting another payment.
Optional additional services require your separate approval. Future price changes do not change the price of an order already placed.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and complete, readable records relevant to the agreed review, including the final invoice, approved pricing, documented changes, and payment receipts.
You confirm that you lawfully possess the documents and have authority to provide them for review.
Please follow our submission instructions and remove information that is not needed, such as Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, account credentials, and unrelated personal or financial information.
Our findings depend on the documents provided. Missing records, undocumented conversations, incomplete pages, or later changes may affect the review. We may request clarification or pause work when information necessary to complete the agreed service is missing.
You should retain your original documents and your own copies of any materials submitted.
Your written review is delivered electronically to the email address used for the order, or by a restricted delivery link sent to that address.
The delivery timeframe displayed before payment applies to your order. It runs from successful payment and receipt of the readable documents required for the comparison. This does not require a separate approval step before purchase.
If a missing or unreadable record prevents completion, we will identify what is needed and explain the timing effect. Where a useful comparison can be completed without that record, the report will identify the limitation rather than assume what the missing record says. We will notify you if we cannot meet the stated timeframe.
Contact support about questions, corrections, or revisions concerning the same bill. No numerical revision cap applies. A separate bill or provider is a separate review. Please let us know if you cannot access the report or believe a finding is incorrect.
You may request cancellation by emailing support@finalbillcheck.com and identifying your order.
Before substantive review work begins: You may cancel for a full refund. Administrative intake alone does not count as substantive paid review work.
After substantive work begins but before completion: You may cancel the remaining work. We may retain a reasonable amount proportionate to the work already completed and will refund the balance. We will explain any deduction and provide the completed work for which you are charged.
After the review is completed and delivered: We do not offer change-of-mind refunds solely because no discrepancy was identified, a provider disagrees with the findings, or the review does not produce savings.
If we cannot provide the purchased service, or the service materially fails to match what was promised, we will work with you to provide an appropriate correction, repeat performance, or refund, consistent with your applicable rights.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed to. We will process refunds promptly and within any legally required period.
Any more favorable refund guarantee expressly offered with your purchase will be honored. Nothing in this policy limits cancellation rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed services, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You retain your rights in the documents and information you submit.
You authorize us to access, copy, organize, and analyze those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the purchased review, deliver the result, and address related support or dispute matters.
We may use service providers and software tools to assist with these activities, subject to applicable privacy obligations. This permission does not authorize publication of your records or use of identifiable information in advertising without separate permission.
These Terms do not replace a Privacy Notice or any privacy notice or consent required by applicable law. For questions about your information, contact support@finalbillcheck.com.
After payment, you may use your delivered review and suggested vendor message for the matter reviewed. You may share them with the relevant vendor, people assisting you with that matter, and your professional advisers.
You may adapt the suggested message to reflect your circumstances. You are responsible for checking its accuracy before sending it and must not alter our findings in a way that misrepresents our conclusions.
Our pre-existing templates, methods, website content, branding, and other proprietary materials remain ours or our licensors’. Unless separately authorized, you may not resell our materials or use them to offer a competing commercial service.
Nothing in this section restricts lawful consumer reviews, legally required disclosures, or other uses protected by law.
We may send communications necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer your order, request documents, deliver your review, or address service issues.
Purchasing a service or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, provide consent to unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.
Any optional marketing subscription will be presented separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about an existing inquiry or order.
You may not use our services to submit fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious software, or interfere with our systems.
We may decline or suspend work when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, unauthorized document access, payment problems, or a material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any refund for unperformed work will be handled under Section 7 and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints, or communications with regulators.
We will perform the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. A review is limited to the agreed scope and available records; it is not a guarantee that every issue will be identified.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount paid for that order.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. They do not reduce any mandatory consumer remedy or an express refund obligation under these Terms.

Please contact us about a billing concern so we can investigate and attempt to resolve it. This does not restrict a lawful right to dispute a charge, contact a regulator, or pursue an available legal remedy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms for future transactions by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version accepted when you placed your order will continue to govern that order unless we mutually agree to a lawful change.
These Terms and the service-specific terms agreed to before purchase govern your order. They do not exclude any statement, promise, or consumer right that applicable law makes binding.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
