Privacy Notice

We receive the name, email address, bill category, description and optional note you provide, together with your uploaded bill and supporting records. These records may include provider names, invoice references, prices, dates, approvals and payment amounts. We also keep the authorization response, submission reference, service correspondence and the review we prepare.

Order information includes the service purchased, amount, payment status, transaction references and any refund information. Payment-card details are entered through the Stripe payment fields. Do not put full card numbers, account credentials or payment security codes in uploaded documents, notes or emails.

Our website, form, payment and email providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies, delivery and security logs to operate and protect their services. Browser settings can limit cookies, although this may affect form or payment functions.

Please upload only records you are authorized to share. Hide full bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords and unrelated personal details. Retain the information needed to compare the bill and keep your original records.

We use relevant information to administer your order, compare the bill with your records, request necessary clarification, deliver your review, respond to support questions, process payments or refunds, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Systeme.io hosts our main website. Our order-entry, private upload, review and delivery service runs on Railway. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payments. Jotform hosts our pre-order inquiry form and retains submissions and uploaded records from orders previously placed through its payment form. Dropbox stores private document copies and review archives. Resend sends order, upload-link and report emails, and our business email provider handles support correspondence.

OpenAI processes the uploaded records needed to prepare the bill comparison. Information is shared with these service providers and authorized personnel for the purposes described in this notice. We do not authorize reuse of customer source documents as public examples or for unrelated advertising.

We do not sell customer source documents. We do not publish identifiable records, reviews or testimonials without separate permission. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse or resolve a dispute.

Placing an order does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Service messages, such as order confirmations, requests for information and report delivery, are separate from marketing subscriptions.

New order details and records submitted through our private upload pages are stored by our Railway service and matched to the same order. Pre-order inquiries and submissions from orders previously placed through Jotform remain stored there, with access to uploaded files restricted through account login controls. Private document copies and completed reviews are also stored in Dropbox. Our Railway service stores order details, completed reviews and delivery records. These records include the recipient email address, recorded send time and status reported by the email provider. A delivery status does not confirm that you opened or read the email.

A public order-form link does not give access to submitted records. Private upload links allow records to be submitted for the associated order; keep those links private. Working copies and completed reviews are used for the service and related purposes described in this notice.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the review, handle questions or revisions concerning that bill, administer orders and refunds, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements. The period depends on the record type, sensitivity, status of the service or dispute and relevant obligations. An accounting or transaction record may need to be kept longer than a working document.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, our policy is to delete it or remove identifying details. Retention is managed through record review and deletion procedures, not a promise of automatic deletion on a fixed date. Provider backups, recovery systems and security logs may retain residual copies under their own schedules.

Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention of your records. We may need to retain specific information for an ongoing order, dispute or legal obligation and will explain relevant limitations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Email support@finalbillcheck.com to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or stop nonessential communications. Include an order reference when available, but do not send account passwords or full payment-card details. We may verify your identity using information reasonably necessary for the request.

Your rights and our response obligations depend on applicable law. We do not limit rights that the law gives you. If a request cannot be fully completed, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority where that right applies.

The service is intended for adults. Do not submit information about children unless it is necessary for a relevant record and you have appropriate authority; remove unrelated details before sharing.

We may update this notice as the service or its processing practices change. The effective date appears at the top. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
